STORY
I. THE SEED OF CHANGE
My name is Nathalie Virem, and the journey to founding the Nathalie Virem Foundation stemmed from a pivotal moment of realization. Despite achieving the traditional markers of success, including earning an MBA through a full-ride soccer and academic scholarship, securing a green card, a Fortune 500 position, and realizing the "American Dream," I felt a profound lack of purpose and fulfillment.
This realization, coupled with my mother's illness and passing from cancer in 2014, propelled me to seek clarity and true meaning in my life's true purpose.
By 2015, after completing my coaching training with the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I embarked on a mission to transform lives through purpose-driven leadership. My book Live With Purpose became an international bestseller in 2016. That book—and my own full‑ride scholarship journey—inspired me to launch this Foundation in 2018 and extend the same opportunity to others: providing access to leadership development and clarity through a full-ride scholarship.
